No Return Policy

Due to the personal care and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Unused products
  • Change of mind purchases
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities
  • Dissatisfaction with fragrance, texture, or personal preference

No Refund Policy

All products sold on WAS Skin are non-refundable.

Once an order is successfully placed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A leaking product
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • Store credit at our sole discretion

No cash refunds will be provided.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been packed, shipped, or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery after shipment:
